Yes. Once your design and selections are locked in, you receive a full fixed-price proposal. Uncontracted cost increases are covered by us, not you.

If we run past the agreed timeline for reasons within our control, we credit you $100 per business day. This excludes weather, material delays, and client-requested changes.

An extended warranty of 25 years structural, 10 years systems, and 5 years workmanship is available. Ask us for details.

Yes, we're a full-service design-build company. Design happens before pricing, so what you approve is what gets built, on budget.

Weekly progress updates through Billdr, our construction management software, plus a 24-business-hour response guarantee. If we miss that window, we credit $50 to your project.

Walkthroughs are scheduled directly in your contract. Visiting the site outside of these scheduled walkthroughs isn't possible, for safety reasons.
